Refund Policy
At Zenvaro Pulse, we have a 31-day return policy, which means you have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must arrive at our PO Box before the 31-day period has passed, based on the delivery date shown by the shipping company.
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 24 hours after they are placed. If more than 24 hours have passed, we are unfortunately unable to proceed with the cancellation request.
Starting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@zenvaropulse.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.
Items that are not returned in their original packaging may be subject to a partial refund. In such cases, the refund may be up to 70% of the product price.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the returned items. Any shipping costs, expedited processing, insurance, or upsells are non-refundable after a return.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and send clear evidence to info@zenvaropulse.com. We will send a replacement at no additional cost, using expedited shipping whenever possible.
Customer Remorse
If the return is due to ordering the wrong product or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your cancellation request is received or your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your request.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
First, check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank.
Most banks require 2–4 business days to process refunds and reflect the amount on your statement.
If the expected timeframe has passed and the refund still does not appear, please contact us at info@zenvaropulse.com and request your Authorization Number, which you can provide to your bank.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
